Christopher B. Kruse, MD

Dr. Christopher Kruse is a Board Certified Dermatologist who graduated from New York University School of Medicine where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honor society. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital and his Dermatology residency at State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, spending his last year as chief resident.

Dr. Kruse practiced general Dermatology in both New York and New Jersey for three years before pursuing formal training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He completed an accredited fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee and has returned to New Jersey where he is in private practice and on staff at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey. He is routinely contracted for specialized skin cancer surgeries at The Millburn Laser Center.

Dr. Kruse teaches Dermatologic Surgery at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System in Brooklyn and is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
