Amy L. Freeman, MD

Dr. Amy Freeman is a Board Certified Dermatologist who graduated from Cornell University with honors. After earning her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and a residency in Dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.

In addition, Dr. Freeman completed two years of a Dermatopharmacology research fellowship at Mount Sinai. Here she conducted clinical trial research, investigating new treatment modalities for various chronic dermatoses. Dr. Freeman has been published widely on various topics, including Psoriasis, Geriatric Dermatology, Eyelid Dermatitis, and Cosmetic Modalities. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

With advanced training and experience in Cosmetic Dermatology, laser, and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Freeman specializes in general Dermatology for adults and children and skin cancer. She has special interests and skills in Cosmetic Dermatology including Botox®, dermal filler injections, laser surgery for hair removal, photorejuvenation, age spots, acne scarring and chemical peels.

Dr. Freeman is a proud mom to two beautiful girls. Striving to bring advanced Dermatology services with the sensitivity and care she learned from motherhood, Dr. Freeman emphasizes the personal relationship between physician and patient.
